Polyshock is an anti-trauma flooring made of SBR rubber, which is elastic, non-slip, self-locking, and has high cushioning capacity. Installation is quick and easy, as neither adhesives nor preparation is required.

This flooring is also an ideal solution for vast spaces where fall safety is needed, such as a school or playground with the presence of outdoor games (swings, slides, castles, etc.).

Its thickness depends on the height of the eventual fall and ranges from 30mm to 50mm. Polyshock is a patented and tested model according to EN 1177:2018 + AC:2019.

Playground anti-shock flooring

Polyshock is an anti-shock flooring made of S.B.R. rubber tiles (100% recycled). Polyshock is specifically designed for backyard play areas and playgrounds. It’s special porous compound allows breathability and the tile is totally draining, even after heavy rains.

The innovative dovetail joint (patented model) ensures maximum tightness between joints and easy and smooth installation on all types of substrates, including irregular ones (e.g., grassy or sandy surfaces).

Polyshock, according to the standards of UNI EN 1177:2018 + AC:2019, comes in different thicknesses to meet the HIC (critical fall height) required by playground safety areas and outdoor equipment.

For higher drop heights, the non-trauma flooring is made with straight edge provided with plastic pins, which allow interlocking between plates. Maximum fall height = 3 m

In cases where shock absorption capacity is not required (private garden, walkway, yard, etc.) we recommend the purchase of the Quadrio rubber flooring, with a thickness of 20mm.
